This is a great format for those stimulated more by imagery than text. Only 1/3 of the original writing is included in this book as it gives way to vivid, brillant imagery. The Ragamuffin Gospel reminds us that Jesus did not come for the pretty, pious and powerful, but for the “bedraggled, beat-up and burnt-out” who desperately need his grace. Timely for this image-driven day and age.
