United: A Dance Collective
.On Saturday May 9th 500+ spectators and dance crews made there way to a gym in west Orlando to compete for $1000 cash. The event was put together by Body of One Ministries / The Last Wave. All flyers and graphics for the event were done by evoke ministries. Dancers came from as far as Jacksonville, Tampa and even Miami to compete for the prize. The breakers showed up ready to battle while performances by local dance troops kept the crowd hyped and cheering. Although the dancing was sick and the vibe was beautiful, the highlight for me was the bringing of the truth by Pastor Frank Reynoso of BOOM. For 15 minutes, mid-competition, P-Frank brought a word about the invisible battle. The war in the heavenlies and the war against our own selves. He shared about the compassionate loving heart of Jesus Christ that changed the heart of his mother and eventually himself. Many responded for prayer. All praise to God and the Lord Jesus!

Events like these give me hope for our culture today, which is the very reason evoke ministries exists and is pressing forward to see this generation come to the knowledge of the truth.
